A finish!

I finished this wall hanging yesterday. I attacked this one a little differently than I would usually do. The background was pieced, then I quilted it on my longarm, Hobbs 80/20 batting, glide thread from Fil-Tech (love this thread!). Notice the ghosted in leaves. Then I appliqued the leaves on using wonder under and zig zagged. I am pretty happy with how it turned out.

  1. Very cool! Yay for another finish! And I have to say that it's hilarious that a kleenex box was your inspiration...my mom just sent me a picture of a different kleenex box and told me I should make the design into a quilt! :)
