Also, my ironing board is getting beat up and not as effective as before. Maybe this will be a gift to myself. You are so lucky to get one to try out and now we can all reap the benefits too!thatfabricfeeling.wordpress.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00207386494389486604noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3616356608678884552.post-18783492588901678982018-12-19T09:10:16.453-06:002018-12-19T09:10:16.453-06:00I got a wool mat months ago and love it. Now my ironing cover won't wear out because I use the wool mat. I got the larger one on Amazon for way less than other places and the small one is from Quilt in A Day, their brand which is less money too.Daryl @ Patchouli Moon Studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06187456682218408410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3616356608678884552.post-40487092631755982772018-12-19T08:30:11.294-06:002018-12-19T08:30:11.294-06:00I've been thinking about getting one of these,...I've been thinking about getting one of these, and your review might just push me over the edge! My tabletop ironing board is heavy and I lift it up onto the bed to use it, then take it down to use the cutting mat. Back and forth, back and forth. Something light would be a better option! So you think I could put it right on my cutting mat and the heat wouldn't go through?Louisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06306854459459257368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3616356608678884552.post-7783181034155299772018-12-19T08:00:46.964-06:002018-12-19T08:00:46.964-06:00Hi Vicki! But I wasn't really into quilting then! Thanks for the review. I'm figuring I shouldn't spray starch directly on a block while on the mat.
