I didn't have a blue backing big enough so I put a fun print in the middle to extend the blue.
And for the third one, you have seen this design many times. An Etsy customer wanted to know if I had more of the blue with the red and white streamers on it as she had seen me use it last year. In fact I did have more of it.
This white with the little stars is my favorite background for these table runners.
We chose a navy and red plaid for the backing fabric.
That's it for today, I will be back in a few days to show you more finishes as I am quilting and binding two more today.
I am linking to Friday linky parties:
And don't forget this blog hop starts on Monday. My day is Friday May 24th. I hope you will come back and see my sunny project;)
those are nice and it looks like your customers just keeping coming back!
ReplyDeleteI just love the reds, blues and whites of the patriotic pieces ,Vicki.
ReplyDeleteI love these patriotic runners, Vicki! I really love that serpentine one with the wedge ruler!!
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you so much for linking up with TGIFF. Have a wonderful week!!
DeleteYou definitely do find the best patriotic fabrics! I love the new stars and the blue with streamers is great! I really like your runner that is stars and stripes. I'm making my mom a mug rug that is a simplified version of that - one larger blue star with some red and white stripes. Have to figure out how wide to cut the stripes!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you can't make these fast enough because the minute people see them - SOLD!! I love the round wedge one especially. Definitely pizzazz!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun table runners! I'm working on a red white and blue table runner myself right now, I suppose this is the nudge I need to get back to work to have it ready for the 4th of July!
ReplyDeleteHi Vicki! I saw that little thumbnail picture on Brenda's website and thought, HEY. I know who made that table runner. I haven't received your email notice yet but I can visit without it. LOVE the new "S" shaped r/w/b runner. It's just so festive. My favorite one, though, is the one your customer requested. I enjoy those fabrics together along with the large stars. Great job, my friend. Enjoy the weekend! {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
ReplyDeleteLove all of these patriotic table toppers! My favorite is the curvy one! Have a great weekend! :)
ReplyDeleteYour wedge ruler projects are really fun. I used to make square dance skirts using those rulers; I should see if I can turn some of them into quilts. LOL
ReplyDeleteLove seeing all your patriotic runners, Vicki!!!
