We went to visit our Son and Daughter-in-law in Northern Minnesota these past few days and saw some awesome things! On July 4th we all took a day trip over into WI to Pattison State Park and did a little hiking to see the Big and Little Manitou waterfalls. A very pretty area that DH and I discovered last year while on vacation in Northern WI.
Then off to Amnicon State Park also in Northern WI to see this waterfall. Went to the Duluth Fireworks at night where we were treated to some gorgeous fireworks over the harbor.
Thursday we drove up the Minnesota North Shore to Tettegouchie State park to see this waterfall-are you getting the idea we really like waterfalls!! We really had a hike for this one up and down and all over the place, not to mention pretty warm, but so worth it. We had an awesome time and was so good to get away.
