WIP-wedneday

This week I have been whipping working on chevron baby quilts to donate to the local Neonatal unit. Three tops pieced and working on #4, then I will have to get busy and quilt them.
These are pretty quick and easy. I cut 6 " blocks to start my half sq. triangles, layer a light on a bright(dark) sq. and draw a line from corner to corner and sew 1/4" inch away on each side of the line. After they were sewed and cut(on the line) I trimmed using my Blockloc rulers to get 5 1/2" sqs.  Love those rulers they make trimming so easy!
