Island Batik generously sent me a Half yard bundle of their yummy new releases from Spring Market that was held in Minneapolis a few weeks ago. They let me choose what I wanted to make with them in return for a few blog posts about my finished item showcasing their fabric-Thank you Island Batik!!
Here are the 3 fabrics I chose for this table runner.
And here is what I created...
The pattern is Good to be Square from Quilters Dream. It's for a quilt but there is a bonus pattern for the runner!
I quilted it with Glide thread, Hobbs 80/20 batting. First I meandered a spine across the runner and then on each side of the spine I freehanded a row of ferny feathers, so fun and freeing to quilt those!
Linking up with a bunch of wonderful linky parties, see the links on my side bar and come on let's go get inspired by others that are linking up too!!
What a beautiful tablerunner Vicki and you know I love, love your batiks! What a neat quilting design!
