Yep it is the time of year I try to kick it into high gear in the snowman making department. Fabric snowmen that is! I purchased a new pattern from
Liberty Creek last week and promptly set out to make a dozen of them for an upcoming craft show. These were pretty quick and easy to whip up. They stand at 13" tall.
It's always fun to come up with different things to accessorize the snowmen with. I had these cute wooden holly leaves in my stash, along with the greenery, berries and pinecones. The little jingle bells even ring!
Now I hope Mother Nature doesn't get any ideas just because I was making snowmen, I certainly am not anywhere near ready for the real ones!!
After I finished these I had the afternoon free so I picked another panel(from the stash) and whipped up some pinwheel borders etc and finished piecing it right when the hubbs got home from work. This evening I enjoyed some TV time while I knit on my sock. A good day it was!
