In Friday's post I asked if you could guess what I was working on, two of you got it right!
It's an Easter table runner.
Well actually two of them.
I used the same backing for them so they were on the longarm at the same time. Isn't that backing just the cutest with these bunnies. I did not purchase them to go together nor at the same time.
Saturday was my local longarm meeting, after I got home from that we processed some berries that we had frozen from a while back. We have berry jam, sooooo good!! The berries included mostly raspberries, others were strawberries, juneberries and a few blueberries. The jam flavor came out as mostly raspberries.
I forgot to show you the apple butter we made a few weeks ago using apples from our tree.
Hope you all had a great weekend. Will I see you over at these linky parties?
Homemade jam and apple butter.... YUMM!! Your bunnies are so cute. I love the plaid backing fabric.
ReplyDeleteOh your runners are darling! Those will fly out of your shop.
ReplyDeleteYum on your canning! I sold all my canning stuff before we moved here in 2020, didn't think I'd need it. Well I do!
I am already running out of frozen berries that I froze this summer. I used a lot for jam and next year I do not plan to make near as much of that. Cute items or Easter but that is ways off, I know you like to keep your shop stocked
ReplyDeleteOMG - the bunny runner is just the cutest!!!
ReplyDeleteADORABLE!!!! and yum - apple butter sounds wonderful!
ReplyDeleteLove those runners and hooray for the jellies/butter. Nothing like it...I picked up some at our church fair and love having it.
ReplyDeleteOh, those are cute! I should have thought of something Spring/Easter-ish with those colors - my head just isn't there at this time of the year. Love the rainbow of pastels and that great backing, too. Yum on the jam and apple butter!
ReplyDeleteThose are the cutest little bunnies. The backing fabric is perfect for them. Your jam sounds delish!
ReplyDeleteThey are too darn cute! I didn't figure out bunnies but boy do they look good. And, I guess you need to start thinking early for your shop. I predict they'll go fast. I haven't canned in years although I do freeze some blueberries every year. They taste so much better than the frozen ones I've bought some years.
ReplyDeleteCute runners, Vicki!!! Your jam and apple butter production is impressive!!!
ReplyDeleteAaaw now those are the cutest bunnies ever! Mmm the jams and apple butter looks delicious. I have never had juneberries before. Have a wonderful week, Vicki. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, those runners are so cute, and the backing fabric is perfect! Your jam would be tasty on my fresh bread - yum!
