Things of all sorts taken care of this week. First up was stitching up a Valentine runner that I had kitted a couple months ago. It is so nice to have things all cut and ready to sew when I need just a little more to sew and not enough time to decide what and then cut!

Next I received an email from a friend I hadn't talked to in a long while, she remembered I had knitting machines and was looking for a bulky one(knits heavier yarn). She had inherited one and bought one knitting machine but would like to find a bulky. I told her I had one I would sell her. After several back and forth emails I sold it to her. Shipped it UPS on Wednesday morning and she received it on Thursday afternoon! I still have machines left and plan to do some knitting this winter.

I was in the mood to sew up another Valentine one I had kitted up.
Back in September we picked our concord grapes and after taking them off the vines we ended up with six gallon bags full, five went into the freezer. We only make juice from them. We used one of the bags of grapes right away. Three weeks ago I made juice with another gallon bag of them. Thursday night I cooked up two of the bags full, this time we froze the concentrate for later consumption. It's great to have a treat in the winter time.
