Well I surprised myself yesterday and had some free time and I needed some sewing therapy. So I dug into the bag of country blues and die cut the 2.5"x4.5" to make the piano key border.
I had been planning on a navy blue little border, but instead I used what was at the ready without any digging-the medium solid blue. Sewing up the piano keys were simple. And another flimsy is born. This one will be in the 2027 donation lineup as I have no time now to finish it. The kids and grands will all be here this weekend, so excited to see them all. I better get back to cleaning and cooking.
