It's been a quilting/finishing week still, working my way through the projects pieced at retreat just over a week ago. This is my blue Starstruck table runner.
It's an easy one to make. I have a tutorial for it on my tutorials page.
I couldn't find a blue that looked good in my stash so I opted for gray for the backing.
I love this pattern so much I want to make a red/white/silver one. Well maybe after I get the other 5 runners, that are on my list for the week, finished.
Vicki, that is a really pretty runner! The quilting is great on it. Perfect for winter.
ReplyDeletepretty snowflakes!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you for the tutorial! I love that block, and the fabric mirrors it. The gray backing really looks nice.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!! and my favorite colors!
ReplyDeleteThat blue snowflake print is just gorgeous, Vicki! Now I really want to make this. I'll have to go shopping and see if I can get just the right fabric for it!
ReplyDeleteLovely runner! That quilting pattern is perfect for this. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

Fabulous!! I can already imagine how the red/white/silver version will look.
ReplyDeleteGreat quilting! Cute table runner, Vicki!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful snowflake runner, Vicki. I think the gray backing works well. That quilting though...swoon!
ReplyDeleteNice table runner.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Thank you for linking up to Put your foot down.
ReplyDeleteThat is a fun pattern and a beautiful runner.
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty, my home has lots of blue tones and this has inspired me to maybe give it a try. I'm waiting to get a text or call from my 17 year old granddaughter. I told her to come up with color choices and any idea that she would like for a birthday quilt when she's 18. I want to build a fire under her, so that I can at least start shopping for fabric. If you're not a quilter you have no idea how much time goes into planning and stitching a quilt :)
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeletePretty - but let's not have any snow quite yet!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Vicki! I'm a sucker for snowflakes - in fabric that is!
