The past week my quilting took on a sunny look with these two yellow Morning Star table runners. I used the Accuquilt Morning Star BOB(block on board) die to make these. Personally I would not want to tackle these without the die as the die has the corners of each triangle trimmed so they all fit together nicely.

What pretty runners! I love the pattern and colors and fabrics you used. The corners being already cut is a really nice feature of AccuQuilt.
ReplyDeleteGreat finishes. I need to pull out some of my BOBs and make something -- anything! Those look great.
ReplyDeleteHi Vicki! Those are some bright spots for the winter. I'll bet these are snapped up quickly in your Etsy shop. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne

ReplyDeleteI don't have that die it is a nice one
ReplyDeleteThose are such pretty runners! The star design is one of my favorites that you make. I can see that your BOB would be really handy for cutting those triangles out!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! I love the design with the bright yellow triangles. So nice on a wintry day!
ReplyDeleteLittle rays of sunshine from your post today! We could use more sun up here. Those dies are so cool for making blocks like these!
ReplyDeleteLooks so sunny!!! We need sunshine here, so send some our way.
ReplyDeleteThose are so pretty!! How happy they will make a house look!
ReplyDeleteThose are beautiful runners and I totally understand only making them with the die...it is the only way for some of those blocks!
ReplyDeleteYour runners are beautiful, Vicki! Love the colors and the pattern. Reminds me of pretty sunflowers or sun blocks! Very happy runners! Thanks for sharing with us at Monday Musings. Have a great week.
