Good things come in three's right? Things have slowed way down this week with the heat we are having and it is only getting worse in the next 5 days. So it's best to stay in and sew, hehe. So I made triplets of this wall hanging. The pattern Pumpkin Stack is by Karen Walker. A fun one to sew. Yes there are a few small pieces but it comes out so cute it is worth it! The pattern does not include the outside black print border but I wanted the wall hanging a little larger.
Linking up with Wednesday Wait Loss and NTT.

Now how sweet are the triplets! Cute as a button- I say! It is so wonderful that you are able to escape the heat and enjoy your quilting Vicki. Hopefully , you will get a break from the heat wave soon. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteWow what beautiful runners! That sunflower pattern is sharp, I love the colors you used and the black border just sets it all off beautifully. "Standing ovation!"
ReplyDeleteVery cute triplets!! I just saw on TV this morning that Arizona was getting the highest March temps ever. I can't even fathom 105 in March!! But then again I look out at the snow we got Sunday and yesterday (finally) and find it hard to believe we're expecting 80 degrees by Saturday here in SD. In March!
ReplyDeleteThose wall hangings are adorable, Vicki. I spy some tiny HSTs. You did a great job!
ReplyDeleteLovely! These will sell fast come fall. Sorry you have such heat, but glad you can sew more. Your fabric choices are wonderful! Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

ReplyDeleteThese are SO great!!
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely!! Love how they came together!
ReplyDeleteSunflowers, pumpkins, and crows are a fun combination! Hope you're staying cool. It's in the 80s this week here in Northern Colorado - definitely too early for that!
ReplyDeleteBummer about the crazy heat, but those quilt blocks sure are cute! Our snow is quickly melting, it got up in the 40s today.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! Good things do come in threes!
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely! I love Karen's designs. We are cooking here too. Lots of whining in my neighborhood. HA! We tend to love the fog :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, too bad you have to stay in and sew for a few days. These will be really cute wall hangings.
ReplyDeleteThose triplets you made are fabulous! And yes, avoiding the heat by sewing is a good thing. I could use a little more heat in the north...but it is not yet April...and it will take another whole month to feel like warmth is a real thing here!
