First Judi would draw on the dry erase board showing us her path and then she stitched it out. We had a hubby of one of the members of our guild running the camera and sending it up to the big screen TV so we all could see it wonderfully.
At the end of class on Wednesday they cut up their samples and drew names and I was one of the lucky people! Look she signed it:-)
I even got my pic taken with Judi! That was thanks to quick thinking Doreen, a fellow blogger and friend who joined our longarm guild. Yes we got to meet for the first time in person at the class on Wednesday morning. So fun meeting another blogger! Doreen has a bunch more picture's of judi's work on her blog if you want to see more :-) I can't wait to get time to just play around with what we learned.
That is so cool. Now I really wish I could have gone. I'm anxious to see what you do with your prize. Then I want to see what you do with what you learned.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds so fun! Lucky girl! Fun to see you again too...even if it's just in a picture! :)
ReplyDeleteEEEP for you!! You're looking pretty good, my friend. Ahh, I will have to stalk Judi and see where she is headed in the future. How cool you won one of her samples! :-)
ReplyDeleteSounds like so much fun. I love your autographed sample.
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome!! I love Judi's quilting. I'm in awe whenever I see it. So what are you going to do with your sample? It looks like a cloud. It should be surrounded in sky blue!
