Another RSC17 that is. I knew I wanted another back in January and I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was going to be. And then two weeks ago I decided. Promptly gettint to work and making the purple for January, to catch up, and also the aqua/mint ones for February. Then I got sick and wasn't up to taking the pic or blogging about it. Feeling much better now;)
I love this pattern! Doesn't the color contrast sweetly in this picture! Glad you are feeling better-the flu is just starting to let go of me! I think it will be on my nearer horizon soon!!!!
I can see why you fell for this block - its so great! I don't need another project to do, but I'm definitely adding this block to my list. Your blocks look wonderful in those colors, and it make a perfect RSC project.
I'm glad you're on the mend, Vicki...that was some wicked bout of flu!
Lovin' the colors you're working with (what does RSC stand for?) & thanks for the link, as this is a new style of star block to me. I'm off to check it out right now.
That's my favorite block that I've done of the Solstice. I'm behind 3 blocks, and not sure I'm going to finish, but I could do a whole quilt of this particular block. Yours is bright and cheerful!
I'm not participating in the RSC17, but I'm starting to think it is very addicting. I don't think I've read a post yet where the makers are just making one quilt :) I LOVE this block! It's probably my favorite of the Solstice challenge so far.
I appreciate your taking time to leave comments. I try to respond to them all, however, if you are a no-reply blogger I am not able to. If you would like to fix that try this link for help. http://www.sewathomemummy.com/2013/01/are-you-no-reply-blogger.html
I like those too!
